ALK Metal Detector

Product Description

The ALK metal detector detects metal contamination in lines where powders and granules flow by free fall and rejects contaminated product automatically. Product loss is minimal, and it can be combined with a magnetic grate.

How It Works

Product falls freely through the detector coil. The coil senses the change in the magnetic field caused by a metal particle and signals the reject mechanism. A reject flap diverts the contaminated product to a separate outlet while clean product continues.
