Manual Overband Magnetic Separator

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & WORKING PRINCIPLE

In conveyor transport systems, this unit is used to capture iron and iron compounds (magnetic metals) contained within the conveyed material. Depending on the conveyor belt width and the height of the transported material, it can be designed in various dimensions.

The magnetic material used in our permanent magnet separators is selected according to the application area. At Aksa Magnet, we manufacture magnetic separators using Sr-Ferrite and NdFeB alloy magnetic materials.

The manual overband magnetic separator, mounted above the conveyor belt, attracts ferrous and ferromagnetic materials passing on the conveyor through the magnetic field generated by its internal magnets, causing these materials to accumulate on the underside of the separator.
