Bullet Magnetic Separator
Product Description
The bullet magnet removes iron and ferromagnetic particles from fine material flowing in pipelines. It is flanged into the line, and as material flows around the bullet-shaped magnetic core inside, ferrous particles are held on its surface.
It provides continuous protection in pneumatic and gravity lines without significantly restricting flow.
How It Works
Material entering the housing spreads around the bullet-shaped core. High-intensity magnets inside the core hold ferrous particles on its surface. For cleaning, the clamps are opened and the core is swung out on its hinged door and wiped clean.
