CKDE Metal Detector
Product Description
The CKDE metal detector detects and rejects metal contamination in lines where powders and granules flow by free fall. It needs very little installation space and is customised to the application.
How It Works
Product falls freely through the detector coil. The coil senses the change in the magnetic field caused by a metal particle and signals the reject mechanism. A reject flap diverts the contaminated product to a separate outlet while clean product continues.
