It is used for separating oily and adhered steel sheets in bundles. It eliminates the problem of sheet adhesion within the stack, preventing time loss and unnecessary labor.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Separating individually stacked steel plates is difficult because the absence of air gaps creates a vacuum effect between the sheets.
When a sheet separator is used, the top sheet is lifted upward. This process continues until all sheets in the bundle are separated. After separation, the sheets no longer retain magnetic properties.
