DESCRIPTION
 

The AKSA Multipoles is a high-intensity magnetic separator designed with 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 poles depending on the production process, with a capacity of up to 1,400 tph. It is widely used for iron ore concentration and can also be applied in the concentration of other minerals such as ilmenite, chrome, nickel, niobium, and molybdenum. Additionally, impurities can be removed from non-magnetic materials such as quartz sand, lithium, talc, kaolin, graphite, and cassiterite.
Its exceptional high-tonnage processing capability allows it to replace multiple pieces of equipment with a single machine. Maintenance and matrix cleaning are easy, and optional matrix designs can be added to the system according to process requirements.
