Product Description
The electro-permanent magnetic chuck holds workpieces firmly and safely on milling, turning, drilling and grinding machines. Its holding force comes from permanent magnets; power is used only to switch it on and off.
Because no continuous power is needed during operation, there is no cable interference and no heating, making it suitable for long continuous use.
How It Works
A short electrical pulse reverses the polarity of the magnets, switching the magnetic field at the chuck face on or off. When switched on, the workpiece stays clamped even if power is lost.
