Product Description

The manually cleaned electromagnetic suspended magnet holds large pieces of iron from material on a conveyor belt. It has a deeper field than permanent suspended magnets and catches larger iron pieces from a greater distance and faster.

Its special oil-cooling system allows 100% duty cycle.

How It Works

Suspended above the conveyor, the electromagnet attracts iron pieces passing on the belt and holds them on its face. At intervals the power is switched off and the collected iron is discharged at a suitable point.
