Their duty cycle is limited to 75%.
Maximum continuous operation time at full load is 15 minutes.

1 – CIRCULAR ELECTROMAGNETIC LIFTER

These magnets are designed for handling all types of ferrous materials, especially scrap and pig iron ingots.
With their fully cast body and manganese-steel bottom armor plate, they can be used reliably under the heaviest working conditions.

2 – RECTANGULAR ELECTROMAGNETIC LIFTER

These lifters are used for handling all types of ferrous materials, particularly long products such as billets, beams, and bars.
Depending on the size and length of the material, 2 to 4 lifters can be used simultaneously.

 

Applications:

• Handling billets and beams in rolling mill exits and loading areas

• Loading and unloading railway tracks

• Loading and unloading long bars and plates onto vehicles

3 – SPECIAL ELECTROMAGNETIC LIFTER

These lifters are specially manufactured according to customer requirements for handling any type of ferrous material.
They are fully designed based on user-specific operating conditions and needs.
