PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Dry Magnetic Drum Separator consists of a fixed magnetic assembly with high or low field intensity and a non-magnetic drum shell that rotates freely around the magnetic field. With uniform feeding, the material distributed onto the rotating drum shell is separated into magnetic and non-magnetic fractions.
 

Dry Magnetic Drum Separators can be easily installed on production lines thanks to their special design, without interrupting production. Their low energy consumption and minimal labor requirements provide significant savings in both power and manpower.
 

Material is fed onto the magnetic drums. Non-magnetic particles, unaffected by the magnetic field, fall from the front section due to drum rotation speed. Magnetic particles, however, are captured by the magnetic force inside the drum and discharged through the rear chutes where the magnetic field ends.
 

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The machine consists of a supporting frame, feeding unit, feeder, magnetic drum assembly, geared motor, and control panel. Material flows from the feeding hopper onto the vibro feeder. The product, evenly distributed by the vibro feeder, reaches the magnetic drum.

Non-magnetic materials are thrown forward by centrifugal force and directed into the non-magnetic discharge chute. Magnetic materials continue to adhere to the drum due to the magnetic field and are carried until they exit the magnetic zone. Once free from the magnetic field, they fall into the magnetic discharge chute.
