Magnetic Drawer Filter
Product Description
The magnetic drawer filter consists of rows of magnetic tubes in a stainless steel housing. In powder and granule flows it catches iron and iron-bearing pieces that could damage the product or equipment. It is cleaned manually with no power required.
Magnetic induction on the tubes is around 9,000 gauss, depending on customer requirements. Dimensions are designed for the line.
How It Works
Material enters through the top flange and, as it flows between the rows of tubes, ferrous particles stick to the tube surfaces. For cleaning, the drawer is pulled out of the housing and the tubes are wiped or stripped clean.
