Product Description

The magnetic sheet fanner separates oily or stuck steel sheets from a stack one by one. It prevents double-sheet feeding on press and cutting lines and reduces lost time.

How It Works

Stacked sheets cling together by vacuum because there is no gap between them. The sheet fanner, placed beside the stack, magnetises the sheets with the same polarity so they repel each other; the top sheet lifts and is easy to pick. This continues until the stack is used up, and no permanent magnetism remains in the separated sheets.
