PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In conveyor transport systems, this equipment is used to capture iron and iron compounds (magnetic metals) contained within the conveyed material. Depending on the conveyor belt width and the material’s conveying height, the system can be designed in any required dimension.

The magnetic material used in our permanent magnet units is selected according to the application area. Aksa Magnet manufactures magnetic separators using Sr-Ferrite and NdFeB alloy magnets.

The manually operated overband magnetic separator, mounted above the conveyor belt, generates a magnetic field through the magnets inside. This magnetic pull captures ferrous and ferromagnetic materials passing on the conveyor, collecting them on the underside of the magnetic separator.
