PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It is used to separate processed materials and substances from liquid raw materials during production. Powerful magnetic bars remove unwanted metal from the process through their filtration capability. The unit can be easily installed, and the separated contaminants can be cleaned quickly and easily. The magnetic bars can be removed by opening the cover, allowing fast cleaning without significantly interrupting production and ensuring that your raw material reaches the desired purity.

APPLICATION AREAS
High-intensity magnetic traps are used in ceramics–porcelain, glass, food, plastics, lubricants, paint, and many other industries to capture magnetic metals in both dry and liquid environments.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The magnetic strength specifications of the magnetic bars manufactured by our company are as follows:

Magnetic trap housing material: Stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316L, or AISI 316

Magnets used in the magnetic bars are high-intensity Neodymium–Boron–Iron alloy. Optional neodymium magnets resistant up to 200°C are available.

Permanent magnet strength is 14,000 Gauss
The magnetic bars we manufacture are designed with a special arrangement of high-intensity magnets, allowing them to capture any magnetic particle. It is possible to capture micron-sized iron-containing metals, iron oxides, and stainless steels that contain very small amounts of iron, thanks to the special magnetic configuration.
