AKSA Multi-Pole Magnetic Separator

Product Description

The AKSA Multi-Pole is a high-intensity magnetic separator with capacity of up to 1,400 tonnes per hour. It is designed with 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 poles to suit the process.

 

Its high throughput lets a single unit replace several machines in a flowsheet. Optional matrices can be added for the process.

 

How It Works

Material passes through the high-intensity field created by the multi-pole magnet system. The number and arrangement of poles are chosen for the magnetic properties of the mineral and the product quality required. Magnetic particles are held on the matrix and poles and taken off through a separate outlet.

  • Iron ore concentration

  • Ilmenite, chromium, nickel, niobium and molybdenum ores

  • Removing impurities from quartz sand, lithium, talc, kaolin, graphite and cassiterite
