Pendulum Roller Mill
Product Description
The pendulum roller mill (Raymond type) grinds soft to medium-hard materials to a fineness of 60–1,250 mesh. It is suitable for fine grinding of minerals such as barite, calcite, talc, kaolin, limonite and ceramic raw materials.
How It Works
Pendulum rollers attached to a central shaft are pressed against a steel ring by centrifugal force as they rotate. Material between the ring and the rollers is crushed and ground. The ground powder is carried by an air stream to the classifier at the top of the mill, and the required fineness is set by adjusting the fan and classifier speed.
