Product Description

The TKDE metal detector can be installed on production lines without stopping the conveyor belt. With a reject mechanism on the conveyor, contaminated product can be removed automatically without stopping production.

How It Works

The conveyor belt passes through the detector aperture. The coil senses the field change caused by a metal piece in the material; the system raises an alarm, stops the belt or triggers an automatic reject mechanism.
