Twin Drum Magnetic Separator
Product Description
The twin drum magnetic separator performs the work of two separate dry drum separators in one housing. For plants with limited space, it provides two-stage separation in a smaller, lighter system.
It is mostly used to clean micronised products that are fed dry. It has two magnetic outlets and one non-magnetic outlet.
How It Works
Material is fed from the top between two magnetic drums. Non-magnetic particles flow down through the centre compartment unaffected by the field. Magnetic particles are held on the drums and discharged through the side chutes where the field ends.
