Vibratory Feeder

Product Description

Vibratory feeders convey material by vibration and feed it steadily and in a controlled way to the next machine. They are used in mining, mineral and recycling lines and for conveying micronised and abrasive materials.

 

Tray and tube feeder types are available.

 

How It Works

Vibration at a set frequency and angle from a vibrating motor or electromagnetic vibrator throws the material up and forward; it lands a little further on with each stroke. Feed rate is adjusted through vibration amplitude and frequency.

  • Dust-free conveying of micronised materials

  • Abrasive materials such as quartz, feldspar and other silicates

  • Feeding separators, crushers and screens
